Zeinab was born in the Sudan but moved to London at the age of two. She has extensive experience in television and radio, working on a range of programmes and is one of the best known broadcast journalists working in the field today. Current work: Anchor on BBC World News Today, a flagship international news programme broadcast both in the UK and on BBC World News. Her programme includes interviews with major guests on the topic of the day as well as reporting from outside locations. Hard Talk for BBC, this programme has, and continues to feature some of the best known personalities in the world. Zeinab also presents the World Debates and Intelligence Squared Debates on the BBC. Featured on both radio and television. Moderator for high level panel discussions at conferences organised by international bodies such as WHO, UNESCO, UNIDO. Zeinab has four children.
